is a new-generation Japanese tapas bar, serving premium handrolls with omakase-quality ingredients in a fun, approachable way. The name “Kaiwa” (会話) means “conversation”, which is more than a meal, but it’s a space to connect, share, and create memories.

Founded by Wanida “Gybzy” Termthanaporn, Kaiwa reflects her passion for Japanese food and fun, shared experiences.

She is hands-on in every step closely with omakase chefs and personally fine-tunes each recipe, ensuring every dish delivers premium quality with a relaxed, social vibe.
